We want you to love your Everlé order. If you are not happy for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will make it right with a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@everle.shop with your order number and a short note about the issue.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps. Depending on the case, we may ask you to return the item — we will provide the return address and instructions at that point.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Conditions
- The 60-day window starts on the day your order is delivered.
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics may not need to be returned — we will confirm by email.
- Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping costs (if any) are refunded when the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
