1. Our products

Everlé sells cosmetic products. Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and instructions before use, patch-test new products, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners; we never store your card details. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues — if we do, you will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 60-day money-back guarantee.

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Everlé or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everlé is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
